Kile W. Johnson is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been extensively involved in the practice of claims and litigation for over 40 years. He has tried over 200 cases, including over 100 jury trials in the state and federal courts in Nebraska. He has handled appeals before the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Johnson taught Trial Advocacy at the University of Nebraska College of Law for many years and given numerous presentations in the field of continuing legal education in Nebraska, usually in the areas of trial procedure and evidence.
