Since its founding in 1962, the firm of Johnson, Flodman, Guenzel & Widger has been a general practice law firm.  The firm does work in real estate, estate planning and probate, business planning, domestic relations, and has been actively engaged in litigation, representing individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of  tort and contract actions involving such issues as product liability, automobile accidents, farm accidents, premises liability, and contract disputes.  These cases have involved trials and appeals in state and federal courts, and appeals to the Nebraska Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
